Meet Candice Seymour
I have resided in the Conejo Valley since 1984. My professional career as a customer service representative for local retail firms and my busy family life have taught me how important balance and attention to detail can be. With these important skills ingrained into me I entered into the real estate field with enthusiasm in 2004. The Seymour Team was born and is growing fast and prides itself on catering to their customers' specific needs.
Customer Service is a vital part to any business, specifically real estate in the Conejo Valley. Whether buying for the first time or investing in income property, it is a life changing event and critical decisions need to be made by my clients. I’m there every step of the way to insure they receive the best customer service.
With 23 years experience in business I have achieved many goals in both corporate and entrepreneur settings. Since 1983 I have resided in the Conejo Valley and worked from Goleta to the San Fernando Valley.
Initially I was trained in the engineering field. My technical background gives me the skills to insure transaction accuracy and market homes using new technology. The Century 21 Customer Service Pledges provide clients with an outline of what a Full Service Broker is. I provide a marketing schedule that demonstrates the level of professionalism and the plan for marketing your home.
